Only **one** promo and/or discount code can be applied to an individual order, no exceptions. VIP Reward Points and a discount code cannot both be used on one order.

  

Promo and discount codes are one-time use only and **if the items in an order where a discount or promo code was used are returned or canceled the code cannot be applied to a new order; the code is forfeited.** Discount codes are applied to all items in the order and if part of an order is returned only the discounted price can be refunded. 

  

During a site-wide sale, all promo and discount codes are invalid until the sale ends. 

  

Promo and discount codes cannot be applied to membership orders.   
  
  

Promo and discount codes cannot be applied to KITS. 

  

Promo and discount codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed. 

  

For promotions that have a specified order minimum, the order's subtotal must meet the minimum amount.
